Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times & Estimates:

• International (Africa, Asia, Europe, etc.): 7-15 business days

Customs & Import Duties:

Lost or Delayed Packages:
